In this study, I developed an integrated analytical framework for evaluating passenger rail corridor performance across a 200-corridor dataset. The framework combines resilience screening, propagation exposure assessment, severity ranking, recovery stress evaluation, sensitivity testing, and intervention comparison into a unified structure. The results show that system-level risk is concentrated among a limited number of corridors and that targeted intervention strategies provide a more effective approach than uniform system-wide actions. By linking performance, exposure, and intervention response within a single framework, this study establishes a strong analytical foundation for corridor prioritization and decision-making. This work forms the basis for further expansion, including validation across larger datasets and extension to broader network scales.
