Project Overview

This project covers the research and evaluation of a ticketing and booking system for the Calgary-Edmonton intercity rail corridor. Conducted from January 12 to March 20, 2026, the study was structured into three main research sprints and a final presentation/post-mortem week. The goal was to identify a technology solution that provides corridor-wide access, reliability, security, regulatory compliance, user satisfaction, and operational feasibility.
